Our barrel tenders will tell you the mashbill, proof, age, and even help you fill your own bottle if you want.
And, our entire team are Stave & Thief Certified Bourbon Stewards, well-trained in every nuance of tasting, understanding, and explaining Bourbon.

On weekends, we offer food, cocktails, and a back patio and lawn with picnic tables to soak-in the Kentucky landscape. We believe it’s the most authentic Bourbon tasting experience you will find.

Which is why we’ve dedicated the past 10 years to sharing Bourbon in its purest form – out on the land, straight from the barrel. Uncut and unfiltered.

WHISKEY THIEF SHOP
After you finish your Tasting & Tour, stop in the Whiskey Thief Shop. Our spirits are only sold direct, on-site, inclcuding our moonshines, our Prototype Gins, and seasonal bottles.
We also hand-select spirits and exclusive single barrel offerings from our bottling customers & partners.
In addition, we have a collection of Bourbon gifts, unique Kentucky items, and, of course, our own branded merchandise. While many if our items are also available online, there are many items that are sold only in our gift shop.
Hunter Coffey is our Head of Distilling & Master Distiller. He got his start ‘tinkering’ in basic moonshine distilling while on a baseball scholarship at Union College, later majoring in biology at Kentucky State University.
Early on, he started working at the farm doing mostly odd jobs. Once he revealed his distilling knowledge, he immersed himself in our processes, equipment, eventually overseeing production of Bourbons, Whiskeys, and Rum distillations.
Hunter left the farm for several years expanding his experience at Wild Turkey, later returning as the Head of Distilling & Master Distiller.
