OUR BAR

  • Whiskey Thief Old Fashioned: Whiskey Thief Bourbon, clove-infused syrup, mole bitters and barrel-aged orange bitters. Smoked upon request.

  • Maple Smoked Manhattan: Whiskey Thief Bourbon, Antica Carpana Sweet Vermouth, Angostura Bitters, and Maple Syrup.

  • Boulevardier: Whiskey Thief Bourbon with Campari, Antica Carpana Sweet Vermouth.

  • Pomegranate Mule: Our Bourbon (or Vodka), Pama Pomegranate Liqueur, Lime Juice, simple, and ginger beer. Garnished with pomegranate seeds.

  • Kentucky Coffee: Whiskey Thief Bourbon with brown sugar, Bourbon barrel aged coffee, and topped with heavy whipping cream. Garnished with shaved Rebecca Ruth Bourbon Ball.

OUR FOOD TRUCK

  • Wings:  Voodoo-rub-smoked buffalo wings served over a bed of nacho chips.

  • Cheeseburger: 12 Beef patty with American cheese and sautéed onions, ketchup and mustard with potato chips.

  • Pulled Pork Sliders: BBQ pulled pork served on a Hawaiian roll with a side of potato chips.

  • Cattleman’s Steak Sandwich: Sliced rib-eye topped with provolone cheese, and served on a hoagie roll, topped with Henry Bain’s Sauce (onions and peppers upon request).

  • Hot Dog: Frank served on a hot dog bun with ketchup & mustard.

  • Brat: Bourbon Brat served on a hot dog bun with sautéed onions, ketchup and mustard.
